I had the most incredible stay at this hotel in San Juan! the staff here are amazing and made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. the location is just a short walk to a stunning beach, which was perfect for watching the sunset. the homemade breakfast each morning was a delicious treat, and the staff really went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. the atmosphere at the hotel was so friendly and welcoming; I ended up meeting some fantastic people during my stay. I also loved the cozy lounge area where we could hang out and relax, as well as the movie nights they organized. the small size of the hotel made it feel like a tight-knit community, and I truly felt like I was part of something special here.

While my overall experience was fantastic, I did notice a couple of things that could be improved. the AC in the rooms was a bit temperamental, with some guests finding it too cold or too hot depending on their bunk.

The complimentary bikes were a blast! It felt like having my own magical carpet to explore the island with the wind in my hair. Riding through the scenic roads was pure bliss, making me feel like a carefree adventurer.

The rooms at Love Shack are cozy with air conditioning, a shared bathroom, and a wardrobe. As a solo traveler, this hostel felt like a home away from home.

I always return here. First time, staff gave bug spray. Perfect spot with Free Wi-Fi, parking, AC, laundry, lounge, activities. Shuttle service, no pets/smoking. I come back for a trip.
